Although it's just the middle of summer, it's already time to start thinking about Christmas! Or the Polar Express Train Ride at the National Railroad Museum, at least!
2025 Polar Express tickets go on sale at 10am on Saturday, July 26th, and tickets are often sold out in a few hours. Once the tickets are sold out, they're gone. There is no waiting list and there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges, unless the National Railroad Museum cancels a show.
2025 Polar Express dates for The National Railroad Museum are Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays Nov 21-Dec 14.
Every passenger will need a ticket, including infants in laps. Some ticket classes require purchases of blocks of four tickets. Read the FAQ Section provided on the museum website ahead of time to know what you want/need to order.
Tickets will only be sold through Ticket Star (see museum website for final details) and it is recommended to use a computer to complete the purchase instead of a cellphone.
